All clients must complete a consultation form prior to treatment.

Treatments will only be conducted if the therapist deems the treatment safe to do so, alternative treatments will be offered where possible. To avoid disappointment, kindly advise us of any health conditions, allergies or injuries which could affect your choice of treatment when making your booking.

In some instances GP/Consultant permission may be required before treatments can be provided.

We understand that there can on occasions be the requirement to cancel treatments, as a courtesy to our therapists we request 48 hours notice. In the event of a cancellation within 24 hours prior to arrival the full cost of the original booking will be charged. If a cancellation is made more than 24 hours before a treatment, the client will not be charged.

Coopers Hill Therapies reserves the right to cancel a treatment or training event without notice if the room or environment is unsuitable for the treatment to be provided, or if the therapist is taken ill.

Coopers Hill Therapies accepts payment in cash and card. Bank transfer is accepted and must be paid within 48 hours of treatment.
