With over 20 years’ experience in the health and beauty Industry, Harriet Jeffrey has gained a reputation for excellence as a teacher, business owner and therapist.
Harriet started her career as a beauty therapist before following her heart to study reflexology, aromatherapy and business management at the University College Birmingham. Harriet has worked as a therapist and spa manager in some well known 5* locations such as The Grove (Hertfordshire), Chancery Court (London) and Ellenborough Park (Cheltenham). Her client profile is well known, celebrities and even royals - Therapist to the stars!
Now a mother to two beautiful little girls, Harriet understands the importance of family and the struggles that can arise with conception and pregnancy. Her empathy towards women and indeed men is a perfect combination with her “magic hands” as she works to assist couples through reflexology on that amazing life-changing journey. Harriet’s continued success in reflexology treatments for fertility and pregnancy are her passion, however she continues to offer much needed treatments for all requirements and ailments including everyday stress relief and relaxation.
Harriet's love and enthusiasm for holistic therapies shines through, her desire to help people does not stop at the treatment room door. After completing her teacher training qualification in 2015 Harriet welcomed and trained new therapists whilst teaching at Gloucestershire College, she now continues with her teaching and training work to help improve the skills of qualified therapists.

In 2021 I launched Coopers Hill Training Academy being the first trainer in Gloucestershire to offer the level 5 Diploma in Reflexology - the highest level of reflexology training available in the UK!!
